What to expect:
Your first consultation (90 minutes) will involve a chat between you and Mike, where he will aim to understand your concerns in a holistic way. Determine the correct approach and discuss a structure for your sessions and ways that you can support yourself.
This is followed by a shorter treatment to quickstart your path to recovery.
All follow-up sessions (75 or 60 minutes) will involve a shorter period for discussion and diagnostics to check how you are getting along. Followed by a personally tailored treatment for you, that may change from day-to-day depending on your presentation.
You session may involve some of the below:

- Moxibustion (heat therapy)
- Tui Na Medical Massage
- Cupping
- Guasha
- Auricular Acupuncture
- Electro-acupuncture
- Lifestyle advice (Yang Sheng)
- Qigong exercises
- Referral – In case I believe you would be more suited to be seen by a different therapist
